We already have real traction, qualified clients and active operations (€3M+ in open deals over the last 3 months). Now we need someone who can help us close more, and close faster.

🎯 Your Role

As a Sales Closer, you'll be responsible for guiding leads from first contact to signed deal.

You'll have full visibility of the process and freedom to operate with autonomy, good judgment, and results in mind.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• Manage incoming leads (buyers and property owners)
• Qualify, nurture, and convert leads into closed transactions
• Prepare offers, coordinate viewings, and support in negotiations
• Work with the team to improve sales processes and product experience
• Identify opportunities both inside and outside the current pipeline

💡 What We’re Looking For

• 1–2 years of experience in real estate sales or high-ticket sales
• Clear, approachable communication skills (written and verbal)
